3.2. All orders are fulfilled by Global-e as an fulfilment service provider to Three Floor Studio Limited. Your payment method is charged by Global-e / Three Floor Studio, and the purchase is subject to Global-e’s Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy; which will be clearly presented in checkout before you place the order.

4. Orders

4.1. You agree that our Products displayed on the Website or other Service is an invitation to treat and that your order for any Product(s) is an offer to purchase such Product(s). All orders are subject to our acceptance and availability. Items that are placed in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers. We will inform you if we are unable to fulfill your order.
4.2. We may choose not to accept your order at our discretion for any reason without liability to you. Examples of occasions we may not accept your order are: that we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment; shipping restrictions apply to a particular item; the item ordered is out of stock; the item ordered does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn; or that you do not meet the eligibility requirements set out within these Terms.
4.3. We are under a legal duty to supply goods that conform with their descriptions on the website.
4.4. Please note that we may not refuse to process an order that is a multiple of a single product, for example an order for three of the same dress, in the same colour.

4.7. Acceptance of your order and formation of a contract of sale takes place when your order has been dispatched and we have sent you an email confirming this.
4.8. When placing an order for the first time, you may be required to or may be offered the option to register with us and complete certain required fields on an order form. Where we ask you to provide and use identifiers and passwords to access restricted parts of the Website, it is on condition that you shall be responsible for ensuring that such identifiers and passwords are kept secure and confidential at all times. 5. Prices

5.1. Prices shown on the Website are shown in your local currency. Prices do not include any delivery costs.
5.2. All prices and offers remain valid as advertised from time to time. The price of the product displayed on the Website at the time the order is accepted will be honoured, except in cases of obvious error.

6. Delivery

6.1. All orders are fulfilled by Global-e as an fulfilment service provider to Three Floor Studio Limited. Global-e will deliver your purchases to you using our approved couriers.
6.2. Ownership of any products ordered by you from us shall pass to you on the date and time of delivery to your nominated address.

7. Shipping

7.1. When your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email which will include your tracking number. You can track and trace your order using this link.
7.2. A signature will be required upon delivery of your order and we shall have no responsibility or liability for any failure to provide such a signature. Please be aware that anyone at the designated delivery address may sign for your delivery. We will not be liable for a lost or missing order that has been signed for at the address given by you by somebody other than you (for example, in an office address).
7.3. When placing your order please ensure that the billing and shipping address details are correct as we are unable to redirect packages once an order has been processed. You are responsible for any inaccurate or incomplete details provided to us.

8. Delivery Times

8.1. We deliver Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.
8.2. All orders are sent via express services. Typically UK orders will arrive within the next business day. International orders will vary depending on location.
8.3. We aim to process all orders placed by 4pm on Monday - Friday. Orders placed after 4pm on Friday and on Saturday/Sunday will be processed on the next business day.

9. Faulty Items

9.1. Items are faulty if they are received damage. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. When items deemed faulty cannot be repaired or the same item is not available, a full refund will be offered.

10. Law and Jurisdiction

10.1. This website, any content contained herein and any contract brought into being as a result of use of this website, are governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. The parties to any such contract agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. All contracts are concluded in English and no public filing requirements apply. These terms and conditions do not affect your legal statutory rights.
