We've caught up with Three Floor girls to chat about their personal style during the lockdown.

To stay in our bubbles we talked to girls we live closely with - our colleagues and flatmates. Meet Cristina, a retail manager, who spends the lockdown at home reading tarots, cooking and looking cool (as usual).

How are you spending the second lockdown?

At home. I’m on furlough at moment and have a lot of free time. I thought this time around I would be prepared for it, but I actually still get bored a lot... so I had to buy puzzles. Plus, I go for a walk by the river every day.

What do you miss the most?

Live music, going out with my friends, restaurants, art exhibitions... and the freedom of being able to just book a flight and go anywhere.

When at home, do you dress up or do you keep it cosy? Has your approach to at-home-fashion changed during the lockdown?

My approach to fashion has changed during the lockdown. Even if I don’t have anywhere to go, I like to wear cute clothes that make me feel good. I normally wear formal clothes to work, so when the first lockdown started I only had very elegant or going-out pieces in my closet. I had to buy more casual stuff to wear at home.

Have you learnt or perfected a new skill?

I have! I have learnt how to paint, cook new recipes, and read tarot. I am reading a lot of books as well, and I even got Duolingo as I am trying to improve my Japanese.

Any good books or TV series you can recommend?

TV series. I had a lot of catching up to do because I had been so busy before the lockdown, so I’ve recently watched some classics like Peaky Blinders, Merlin (which I totally recommend), as well as The Haunting of Bly Manor and Queen’s Gambit. Books - I recommend anything by Eckhart Tolle and The Rules of Thinking.

What's the first thing you'll do once the lockdown is over?

I can’t wait to see the sea, so definitely a day trip to Brighton it’s on my list.
